Last updated: October 2026. These terms summarize the rental conditions for AmeriDrive Rentals. Your signed rental agreement at pick-up is the binding document.
Driver Requirements
- Minimum age 21 (25 for premium classes); a young-driver fee applies under 25.
- Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months; international renters also present a passport.
- A credit card in the main driver's name is required for the security deposit.
Rates and Charges
- "From" prices are starting daily rates in USD and vary by location, date and availability. Your confirmed quote includes mandatory taxes and fees.
- Optional extras are charged as listed on the extras page at booking time.
- Fuel is full-to-full unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations
Most rates can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. Prepaid special offers may carry different terms, which are shown before you confirm.
Use of the Car
- Only named drivers may drive. No smoking in any car.
- Travel to Canada requires prior approval at booking; travel to Mexico is not permitted on standard rates.
- Off-road use is prohibited except in vehicles rented specifically for it.
Damage and Liability
The renter is responsible for the car until the return check is complete. Standard cover includes an excess; the full protection upgrade reduces the excess to zero. Report any incident to us immediately on +92 317 8393782.
